1. The reservation is confirmed by the date of payment with a credit card. Any written confirmation without payment will be considered void.

2. Your check in should be done after 12 pm of the date of arrival and your check out before 12 mm of the departure date.

CHANGES

The management of Candia Hotel will attempt to meet requests for changes made by the client prior to arrival. When such demands for changes have to do with the extension of client's stay, or the increase of the number of persons in reservation or the purchase of additional services, the Candia Hotel will charge only the price difference due to the change.

PRICES

All prices are per room per day and include all taxes (VAT & Local Tax). Prices of rooms are listed in the Price List page or the Special Offers page. CANDIA Hotel assumes no responsibility for prices that are published on other sites. CANDIA Hotel reserves the right to change published prices without prior notice.

CANCELLATIONS

1. Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail, fax, mail) to be considered valid.

2. If you cancel the booking 2 or more days before arrival, there is no charge and the deposit will be repaid to you, after deducting any expenses for bank fees, postage etc.

CHILDREN

Up to 2 years, their stay is for free. From 2 to 12 years, 50% discount if they are sharing the room with 2 adults.
